This Agreement governs your use of the dewa16 platform at https://dewa16.cam and all associated services. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:
The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on dewa16. By completing registration, you confirm under penalty of account suspension that you meet this age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be verified.
dewa16 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. By accessing the Platform, you represent that your participation is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location. The Company makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond Indonesia.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account if any of the following apply:
To access the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and Indonesian bank account details for withdrawal purposes. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. dewa16 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication. You agree to notify dewa16 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
dewa16 operates a mandatory identity verification process before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to your Account balance pending verification.
An Account is considered dormant after 180 consecutive days of inactivity (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal). The Company may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The Company reserves the right to close dormant accounts after 12 months of inactivity following appropriate notice.

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is provided.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts. High-volume deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under the Company's anti-money-laundering procedures.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The Company reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for any withdrawal of Rp 50.000.000 or above.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your dewa16 Account are legitimately owned by you, have been acquired through lawful means, and are free from any encumbrance or third-party claim. The Company operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Important: dewa16 does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on your registered bank account or e-wallet must match the name on your dewa16 Account exactly. Mismatched deposits may be returned or held pending investigation.
dewa16 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 1x to 30x the bonus amount, as stated in the applicable promotion. Different games contribute different percentages toward clearing wagering requirements:
The Company actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, high-value bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and exploiting software errors or miscalculations in bonus crediting. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to account suspension without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds that have not been played through within 7 calendar days of being credited will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Balance without replacement. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within their Account dashboard.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, winnings derived from a bonus are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of Rp 5.000.000 or 10x the bonus amount — whichever is greater. Any winnings exceeding this cap after wagering requirements are met will be removed from the Account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
All games hosted on dewa16 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by recognized third-party auditing laboratories. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match postponement or abandonment; data feed errors affecting odds; obvious pricing errors where published odds materially differ from the true market price; or where the Company determines that a bet was placed in violation of these terms. Voided bets are returned to the Player's real-money balance at the original stake amount.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during a gaming session, the Company reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return all stakes placed in that round. Payouts resulting from identifiable system errors are not valid and will not be honored. The Company will communicate transparently with affected Players regarding any material system error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dewa16 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
All content on the dewa16 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, video, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.

Note: Nothing in this clause limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account with or without prior notice in circumstances including — but not limited to — breach of these terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Company.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Balance remaining in your Account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned subject to investigation outcome, KYC completion, and the absence of any outstanding breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the Company's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and dewa16 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support channels, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Formal dispute notices should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute Notice", including your Account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and your preferred resolution.
dewa16 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
